Wonderful Salon. You will always be very happy with whatever service you get at Bella By The Bay! They are all talented professionals in a fun and supportive salon! I will use the services of Pam at either this location or the Edina location for my hair cuts. LOVE HER.

Happy Feet. I have had many a pedicure at different spas, and I have to say that this was both the most relaxing and the best looking. I was in disbelief at how wonderful my tired feet looked after I was done. I did not notice any snobbish employees, as some other reviewers have mentioned. You will never want a pedicure anywhere else after you've been to Excelsior Bay Spa & Salon. Go and get a gift certificate for a girlfriend's birthday or wedding shower gift , and make a plan to get a pedicure with her - a truly enjoyable experience!

Kelly is the Best. I saw Kelly, I forgot her last name...she has brown hair, short bangs and dresses funky. She's really fun and a great hairstylist. She knew what I wanted and taught me how to style it on my own. I give her two thumbs up! I'd plan on going back to her, even though the athmosphere was rude and there was an air of snottiness. A few of the counter people seemed stuck up...but Kelly was GREAT!

Quaint, cozy and charming. Just off of Lake Minnetonka in Excelsior an old renovated home makes this aveda concepts spa so quaint and charming. It is wonderfully relaxing to sit by the fire with you feet in a soak while waiting to be pampered. Be sure to take a steam shower after your service, it's on the house!
