You will always be very happy with whatever service you get at Bella By The Bay! They are all talented professionals in a fun and supportive salon! I will use the services of Pam at either this location or the Edina location for my hair cuts. LOVE HER. Allison

I have had many a pedicure at different spas, and I have to say that this was both the most relaxing and the best looking. I was in disbelief at how wonderful my tired feet looked after I was done. I did not notice any snobbish employees, as some other reviewers have mentioned. You will never want a pedicure anywhere else after you've been to Excelsior Bay Spa & Salon. Go and get a gift certificate for a girlfriend's birthday or wedding shower gift , and make a plan to get a pedicure with her - a truly enjoyable experience!
