Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor.. In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.

Long wait-pager broken. My fiancee and I visited this location on a Friday night. We figured it would be busy, so we called 30 minutes ahead to get our name in. We arrived and 40 minutes later we still weren't paged. After bringing it up to the hostess stand, we found our pager was broken. We were issued a new pager and told to wait--again! The horrible thing was we were standing right next to the hostess who took our name in! Finally, 1 1/2 hours after my initial call we were seated.

Food was excellent, hot, and timely. Our service was wonderful at the table. My margaritas were too strong and the server gladly replaced them. I would recommend going here again, but be sure to check on your name at the hostess stand frequently.

Consistently good. This Outback location is close to our house and we have eaten here at least a dozen times. The service is consistently fast & friendly, the food is consistently good. Nice atmosphere - reasonable prices.
