Maybe it's the restrained decor--still stuff on the walls, but not the TGI Friday's/Applebee's rummage-sale-gaga look--or the generous spacing of the tables. Maybe it's the Italian food, which liberates Ciatti's from the temptations of fries and "chicken fingers." Lasagna is piled high and hearty. Veal dishes have some spunk. First-daters should be weary of the over-garlicky bread sticks and well drinks are a better purchase than the jug-style wine.

We went with family to have lunch. The atmosphere was nice, the service was friendly and prompt. They start you out with a bread basket which was fresh and tasty. We ordered bruchette and the artichoke dip for appetizers which were both good in fact the bruchette was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the steak oscar with lobster and my wife ordered the seafood cannelloni. the steak oscar looked nice but the first thing I noticed was that the bernaise sauce was almost non-existant. It turned out they had put it on but it was extreemly watery. The steak was cooked medium just as I ordered and was sitting on a perfectly cooked bed of asperagus but they covered everything in way to much salty spices. It was almost inedible. The lobster tasted freezer burnt and was dry. My wifes dish was more like a soup with a cream and cheese base than a pasta dish. There was plenty of seafood but almost no noodles and it was drowning in salty alfredo sauce. If the food was done well I would highly recommend this place. As it was I don't think we will ever be back. What a shame, it started so well.

Me and my husband have gone to this restaurant on several occasions and have always received very pleasant service, the food is always wonderful and it is very reasonably priced for a fancy restaurant. It has a bar for a more social atmosphere and the restaurant section has a very romantic atmosphere with low lighting and fireplaces.

This is a great place. It is so relaxing to go to out to eat and have great food and service. The only bad thing about Ciatt's is that it gets busy so if you do come at night make sure you leave early because you might end up waiting for a long time. This is a great place for the whole family, I would say that this is one of the best family places there is.
