Canceled my appointment at the last minute!. I was really disappointed with this location. I made an appointment six weeks in advance as I needed an appointment right before a big event. They then called me shortly before the appointment to cancel it, saying the stylist was ill. They were unable to set up a new appointment before my big event which was only three days away! Poor customer service from this location. I have never had an issue at their other locations, just this Burnsville location :(…
Thanks but no thanks. I was very disappointed that the staff from the receptionist to the stylists have such bad attitudes. I have been to Coles two times and both times my hair was cut uneven.

I have been to the Burnsville Coles a number of times, and I guess I was hoping things would get better with a different stylist. I have found out that this is not a possibility at Coles. Every time
I have gone for my cut and color, I have been treated like I was just one of many in a line. I felt rushed, and ultimately left feeling unhappy with my service. It is a very large salon, but I still feel like everyone should be treated like a special guest. I would advise anyone thinking about Coles to think twice and choose a different salon.
Also, the prices are quite high for the services they provide both in the salon and in the spa area.…
Great Customer Service. First service I received was an hour massage. I've had one other massage before at a different location, and I was happy with that, so I thought I would receive similar service here. I was pleasantly surprised with the masseuse and the facility they took me into. They offered me fruit and tea, fireplace, dim lighting and a blanket was given to me after the service. She was great and so good at what she did! I will go to her again. The second service I received was by an advanced stylist and honestly I didn't think she would know what I want because she was an older woman. However, she was very into the current styles and colors so I felt I was in good hands after the consultation. I would go to her again as well. Place was very nice. Friendly greaters and checkout people. They are on to something over there!…
