I liked the ambience of the salon, and saw a lot of people as they were leaving and liked their hair. I liked my color as well, however I felt tricked by the person who colored it. Basically I was told by Jordan I would get a discount on a full foil for being a first time client, as it turns out, my full foil ended up only being a partial foil, and being charged full price for that partial foil. It's one thing to do a partial and charge a partial, but it is very unprofessional to say you are going to do a full foil and give a discount, act like you are doing a full foil, charge for said full foil with the discount, and think your client is dumb enough to not know that you only did a partial foil and are charging the price of a partial foil. I wanted to say something to her, but being a first time customer I didn't know how Jordan would react if I called her out, and I didn't want to make her mad as my hair was literally in her hands. Lesson learned: Don't see Jordan, not because she can't do color well, but because she was deceiving.

I recently started going to Carisa and completely trust her with my hair. She does great color and I always walk out of there feeling so much better about myself. She does a tremendous job! It's rare to find a stylist that is personable and that you can trust.

Christina is AMAZING!

I have seen Christina for years now and she is absolutely amazing. I always trust her judgement and she makes my hair look fantastic. I am a dark brunette but Christina has helped take me to the blonde I have always wanted to be. My hair is so healthy and not damaged at all. I couldn't imagine seeing any other hairstylist.

I ALWAYS HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN ROXANNE

I have always been one who likes to do different, sometimes off the wall things with my hair. Unfortunately that has also caused a problems in the past -with other stylists. I was referred to Roxanne by my husband who has been going to Beau Monde for years and has seen Roxanne for much of 15 + years. ...so, when I had my hair colored WAY TOO BLONDE -by another stylists -not with Beau Monde -who failed to inform me I was chosing a rediculously hideous cut and color for myself- I was devastated and felt there was nothing that could be done for my very thick and course, stringy white, washed out, awkward bob I had chosen (imagine a washed out Anna Nicole with a short choppy bob! eek!! ...I didn't think there was anything or anyone that could repair the damaged look. But then...SUPER Roxanne to the rescue, that was 6 years ago and to this day I always have complete confidence when I walk through the doors of Beau Monde Salon to get my hair done with Roxanne (or anyone she refers me/us to see in her absents). THANK YOU ROXANNE!!

• Pros: I have complete confidence in my stylist and love the location-and Roxanne has great suggestions!
• Cons: I do have to plan ahead to get in and I tend to be a bit implusive when I want a change.
