A Call Center There When You Need Them!.
The Connection Contact Center is one of those few companies that really are there right when you always need them. Being a new employee, I was shocked by how quickly and efficiently they made sure to take care of any of my needs and wants. If there was a question I had, and the person I was speaking to did not know the answer, he/she would immediately seek me out an answer. In addition, they would circle back with me later to verify everything was resolved. Now mind you I am an employee, so just imagine what they do for their Call Center clients. I am very proud to be an employee with The Connection Contact Center and know this is where I belong!
