Best Piano place ever.. When my Knabe Grand was moved into their shop, I was anxious. This was my "baby" I was hoping I was making the correct decision. They walked me through the process so patiently. They accompanied me on a detailed tour of their shop. All of the staff was so friendly and courteous. They answered my numerous questions and many phone calls; they calmed my fears and listened to my input. They always welcomed me into the shop during the entire process. It was so interesting to see my piano "transform". They gave me accurate and sound advice, not based on what was best for them, but what was best for me and my piano.

The restoration of my Knabe Grand was impeccable. The quality of workmanship on the action, strings, soundboard, pin block, hammers, key tops, and harp are flawless. The refinishing of the cabinet was beyond my expectations. And they included me in every step of the decision process.

Every time somone comes into my home, they are immediatly attracted to this beautiful instrument. And then, when they hear it played, it is magical. The sound is so incredible. I believe they are part of that magic.

Their integrity and ethics are note worthy. They truly understand what their role is, and exemplify good business practice.
