Extremely Poor service. We signed up through the MPLS Home&Garden show, we paid top buck for POOR quality service. All we were having done was a bathtub insert. (over our existing bathtub). They said it would be about 1 or 2 day project. It ended up to be 3 months before it was completed. They measured wrong, forgot to place our order and then instead they had to put in whole new tub (since they forgot to put in our order). Then they finally came out and they cut it wrong, then they left us waiting and waiting and then we had to call them and then finally they got it put in and we were not satisfied with the sloppy job, so we had to call again and then they did not show up or even call us. So we had to call again and finally someone finished the job up satisfactorily 3 months later, but the stopper did not work on the tub, we have told the company 3 times and we still have no stopper so we have not been able to use the tub for 7 months!!!!! I called them again today and they said everyone was in a meeting and no ever called me back (which is typical!) Do not waste your money on this company!…

OVER PRICED AND ROBBED MY MOTHER!!!!. These people over there at Minnesota Rusco are not what they explain themselves to be. Now if I had known that they were based out of Minnetonka, I would have made my mother to not follow through with the contract that she had with them. My mother paid them $10,000 to put laminate on the existing cupboards, new drawers, new cupboard doors, new faucet, new sink, and faucet vanity in our kitchen. My mother was ripped off!!! Plain and simple!!!! Our kitchen is only 10ft x 12ft. Now how many cupbaords can you fit in that space? Not that many! No wonder they have a 5-day grace period only! That way they can rob people in plain sight!!!! For that type of money, they should have put all new wood, and I mean Cherry or MAG. On top of that, they took our new faucet I installed the previous year, that was a $100 faucet. And on top of that, the faucet they installed, leaked. Whether it was the plumbers fault, it still has MN Rusco's stamp on it. Overall, a total freakin rip-off!!!!!!!…

Very nice windows and great service!. My parents had Rusco windows installed from this company in their new home in 1959! So had to give them a chance to visit with us on replacement windows for our home built in 1983. The sales person did a great job on explaining the options and prices. The person that measured for the windows added more detailed information we needed to make them perfect for us. The installers were very professional and fast! We are so happy with the windows. The only thing that hurt a bit was the price. However, when you get life time warranty, and over the top service we are willing to pay a bit more. Thanks RUSCO! I will pass the word to anyone shopping for windows!…
