Terrible experience. I tried dealing with Walser Chrysler Jeep and it was one of the worst experiences ever! They did not get back to you on time; their on line web service is a joke; they say one thing and do another. Be careful!…
We love Walser. Thank you Dustin Brierley! We just bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger from Walser Chrysler Jeep and Dodge and are very happy with our purchase and the service and attention that we received from Dustin and the Walser team. We were happy the first time we purchased our mini van and are planning to use Walser CJD in the future. Dustin, thanks for your service to our country!…
Mark Kremer and Walser Jeep. I agree about Mark Kremer! We have bought about 3 cars from him in the past few years and he always has been upfront and made the transaction very easy. I used to sell new cars so I am a very tough customer to please and I can truly say that Mark Kremer was honest and made me feel comfortable throughout our transaction. I also have to add that we bought our jeep and immediately went out of town and when we returned we noticed a ding on the side back area above the tire. I was afraid that they wouldn't fix it and it would be a fight to get them to fix it, but I was wrong. They were extremely nice about the ding and they fixed it for free. I can honestly say that I have never worked at a dealership that would have fixed the car graciously which Walser did for us! I would buy again from Mark and I can strongly recommend buying a car from him!…
Great service!. Mark Kremer at Walser in Hopkins did a great job selling my husband and me a 2011 Jeep Compass. We came in with an idea of the car we wanted and our price range. Mark helped us find exactly what we were looking for without any haggling or hassling, and we got a great deal! I would strongly recommend going to see Mark Kremer and Walser for your next vehicle.…
Zero sales pressure at Walser!. I spent an hour talking and test driving Jeeps with Tony Leovan at Walser Jeep in Hopkins, and never once did I feel any undue pressure to buy. I came back the next day and took one on an extended test drive, and met Simon, who was equally zero-pressure. In the end, I didn't end up buying, but only because I wasn't yet ready to trade my car. Tony completely understood this and still showed no signs of pressure. When I am ready to get into my new Jeep, I'll definitely come back to Walser and see Tony.…
