Feeling the pressure of the upcoming event, I wasn't sure that I could get everything done in time, let alone have things go the way I had planned. Scheduled my appointment for the Plymouth store, right on their website! Went in that day and found them to be very courteous, understanding and accommodating of my schedule. The tuxedos, flowers, my special ordered dress - everything was perfect. But most importantly, the service I received was awesome... above and beyond what I expected.

Pros: Felt comfortable just visiting the store

Cons: nothing to report

Glenrose Bridal Florals To Formals, is World Class to me. So I just had to share with everyone that I think Glenrose Florals to Formals in Plymouth is truly World Class. This upcoming change in my life, called marriage, is very important to me. And I know, the way that I can be - when I'm trying to make everything "perfect" - can at times, NOT, put others at ease. But when I met with the staff, and was discussing with them what I was looking for in my gown, I was treated courteously. In fact, I felt like I was being treated like a queen. Even after another visit, and hours of sizing and trying on different dresses, their goal was still to make sure that I was comfortable with whatever decision I made. To me, that takes patience, and that is one of the qualities of being World Class. And "I do" recommend Glenrose to everyone. ~ Helen S

Not Impressed, wouldn't order from there again.. I have ordered from Glenrose Floral twice. Last year for my 25th anniversay. Saying I wanted to send something special to my husband, a green plant for his desk, flowering plant would be good. He received and ordinary "peace" plant. Nice plant but plain for the money I spent.

This year I ordered a fruit basket with a flowering plant. I upgraded the size ($70). The basket looked beautiful but it must have gotten frozen while being delivered (3/7/07). The plant died within 2 weeks and the fruit didn't look right once bitten into.

I called the florist shop and talked to the manager about my displeasure but unless I packed everything up and brought it in she wasn't willing to help me. I will never order flowers from them again.
