I had a problem with the price being higher than they told me and they did not leave the car out for me to pick up as promised. But, the biggest problem was that they had their dent people, Dent Impressions, make a small door ding into a big pushed out spot and then deny even touching the car. Now, I am stuck with arrogant people that refuse to rectify a problem that they created. I should have believed the other review and looked elsewhere for my body work.

Cons: Arrogant, don't return phone calls and will not take responsibility damage done

My nearly brand new car suffered body damaged while in this shop. They became angry when I made them fix it. Also, this shop has some deal with a very poor car rental angency. They provided me with a filthy, dangerous car even though I have car rental coverage and there is a good car rental agency right next door. They must be getting some deal with this cheap car rental place. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. They damaged my car, provdied average quality work, and they were very arrogant. I am shocked that this place has received good reviews. Perhaps thefriend of the owners are writing in to boost the ratings. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!
Cons: they damaged my car. Unsafe and dirty rental cars
