In Short – Bright colors and big booths make this quick-service, sit-down Mexican restaurant a cheery choice for group outings. The traditional menu--including classic enchiladas, soft and crispy tacos, mesquite-grilled shrimp, sizzling fajita platters and made-from-scratch salsas--features lunch specials, create-your-own combinations and to-go options for more fast-paced patrons. Tequila makes its appearance in house margaritas and cocktails. Bringing the little ones? They're catered to with a kid-friendly, Tex-Mex menu.
Great service, not so great food, bummer.

My husband and I have only eaten there once and it seems unfair to give a review based on that, but here it is... We found that the place was rather loud but a decent environment otherwise. Our server happened to be the bartender (they're a bit understaffed I would say) but he was great. The food is bland and overpriced for the portions but the up side is the dessert. I've never had a better plate of Sopapillas anywhere, and I come from Texas (where they're real)!!!
- Pros: Great dessert!
- Cons: Rather loud.
Never return - no I'll never return...

When you get there, even when the place is 1/2 empty, you have to wait 10 minutes. I don't know why except that they want you to.
You have to stand blocking the bar, the path for the servers to the bar and to the cash register.
The food is bland and cold and the portions get smaller all the time. The prices are too high.
The servers spread so thin they miss a lot. (NOT their fault).
The building is loud, it's dirty.
It's very difficult to get to, and there's not enough parking.
- Pros: In my neighborhood
- Cons: cold bland food, expensive, bad servic, loud, hard to reach

I love this place. The bottomless bowl of soup will fill you up on the cheap. My wife likes to order a side of beans, a side of rice, and a side of sour cream. She makes her own burritos, and they are wonderful.
The margaritas and beers are huge and and glasses are frosty. The food is a great value and for people concerned about calories, the Mama's Skinny Enchiladas are great. Ask for the refritos instead of the charro beans, and you will not be disappointed!
- Pros: Beer, Inexpensive, Healthy Options
