One of the best. I went there for the first time last week for a facial I saw soleil she was great very nice and did a great job. If your looking for a place to go for a great spa treatment that's affordable then I highly suggest to go here. They take there time and do a great job. Plus they give u a complimentary wash and style!! Excellent !

The best around!!. I went to Future Concepts for the 1st time and I am very impressed. My stylist Aja was very informative and helpful with her knowledge of hair and products! I scheduled my next appoinment and I definitely reccommend this salon!!! Besides loving my new hair!!! Color and cut!!!

Future Concepts Studio & Spa is a Great Salon. I have been to many salons and have had many different stylists do my hair, but Annie at Future Concepts has really impressed me above all others.

Annie has been cutting and coloring my hair at Future Concepts and it has looked fantastic each time. Even when I can't exactly explain what I want, she understands and does it right. She is very creative and makes getting my hair done a fun experience. She is great at what she does! After consecutive great appts, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Great Studio & Spa. I have been going to Future Concepts for a few years now. My hairstylist ended up moving on. Like most of us know, it's always difficult to find a new stylist to cut and color your hair the way you want it or come up with new ideas.

When I made my next appointment, they helped me find a stylist at the salon that was a good fit for cutting and coloring my hair. My appointment was with Erin. Erin was very friendly, asked me a bunch of questions to get familiar with my hair and styling technique. She had some great suggestions on what I should do with my hair, especially to match my skin tone and eyes. I love my new cut and color. Erin did an excellent job, and I would recommend her for your next appointment. Thanks Erin. Love the job you did.

The salon itself is very clean, inviting, and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is right for everyone. They have different levels, which I really like. They also have great spa services. If you're looking for a place for hair or spa services, I would recommend checking out Future Concepts.

First Visit. I was recommended to go and get my haircut by Aja and I am so glad that I did. This was my first experience with this salon and the moment I walked in they made me feel welcome, from the front desk to the sylist. I am going to make Future Concepts my new salon! Aja was professional and knew what she was doing and talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks!

Highly Recommended!. I just went to Future Concepts salon for the first time tonight to get a haircut. I am most definitely going back again! I highly recommend the salon in general and Alyssa in particular.

Alyssa cut my hair and did a fabulous job. She had excellent suggestions for what would look best when I asked her for input (I didn't have a definite idea going in--I just wanted a change). The hair style turned out to be just adorable and very, very flattering.

The salon itself is a classy, comfortable place with reasonable prices.

I am one happy, satisfied customer!

Refreshing Change!!!. I was pleasantly surprised. Future Concepts has all the luxery, without the pretentiousness! Fabulous robe, nice foot soak... all included with the awesome massage. Soleil was great!

Great Experience. I was a little nervous going to a new stylist while mine was out of town but Lexie put all me nerves to rest and really took time to listen to what I wanted, made some great suggestions on products that would help me out and was very fun to talk with. It was a great experience and I loved my cut and color. The salon is very cute, clean and offers a variety of services. I would see Lexie again for sure next time my gal is out of town.....or maybe sooner :)

great experience!. i live in des moines and was visiting minneapolis for a concert, and decided to get a haircut as well since my salon options in des moines are limited. it was super easy to schedule an appointment using their website. the studio was beautiful and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. aja cut my hair based on a picture i brought in and it turned out FABULOUS. she really took the time to listen, ask many questions, and make sure i liked the cut. she asked questions before she took action on my hair which i appreciated, and at the end asked several times if i was sure everything was done the way i wanted; and i really appreciated that as well. it was my first visit so they did not accept gratuity, which i thought was a very nice policy that they have; it made me wish i lived closer so i could come back for every haircut!

A great experience. I came to Eden Prairie on vacation and found myself feeling stressed and depressed so I decided a massage was just the thing to help. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day with Jocelyn and was also booked in for the complimentary shampoo and blow dry. Jocelyn was amazing, she made me feel right at home! It's also nice that the spa offers plus size robes and it's not a judgmental salon environment at all. I had Megan for the shampoo/blowdry and she was quite friendly as well. I love the policy of not tipping for first-time clients, it's such a great way to let the public know they care about their business.

The next time I find myself back in Eden Prairie I will absolutely be returning to Future Concepts!
