great massage!!. As a working mom, I was in need of a nice relaxing massage. Jocelyn at Future Concepts Studio & Spa gave me just that! This was my first time at this spa, and I felt very comfortable and welcome. Jocelyn is an excellent massage therapist and was very informative about other services they offer that would accommodate my needs. AND, with every service at the Spa, you get a complimentary shampoo and blow dry! thanks....I'll be back soon!

Laine is wonderful!. After recently having a baby, I was looking for a fun, easy to care for haircut. Laine was so great; I have never had a better experience in getting my haircut! I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for, she asked me questions, and gave me a fabulous cut- exactly what I wanted! I SO recommend Laine, she is absolutely fabulous and one of the nicest people ever! You will not be disappointed!

Your'e in good hands with Christy. Today I found this salon and spa on City search reviews, after seeing all of the great recommendations, I decided to try it out. Especially the reviews about Christy and her expertise with brow shaping.

I was so glad I did! Christy is great, friendly, and most of all great at waxing and brow shaping.

Thanks Christy, I will definitely be back.

disappointing. I am not going to lie, this place was my favorite spot to get massages in cities. The best value & the best quality, and I've been a long-time customer.

Unfortunately, a recent customer service experience completely changed my perspective- I will never be going back, and I'm even a bit sad about it (because it was my favorite).

I bought a Living Social coupon because I've been here many times & loved it; it expired; they mentioned I'd be able to put it toward a massage, without being able to redeem it for the full value. I asked if I could give it to someone else in the form of a gift certificate, and pay the difference- they refused.

It is the exact same thing, and if anything, almost a better deal because I would have been giving someone else the opportunity to experience this place and love it like I do- making us 2 life-long clients.

Instead, they've lost me and my future business.

Customer service is most important, and they severely disappointed me in this area. If you just want a good massage for a good value, this is the place- but not if you care about the smaller details.

Great job!. I got my hair cut by Layne this week and was soo happy with it. I've always hated getting my hair cut because I've been trying to grow it out for so long that I don't want to lose all my hard work. She did a great job of listening to what I wanted, and asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. My hair looks so much healthier! Will definitely go back again and recommend her to anyone that needs a stylist!

Great Perm. I have to let everyone know, my experience I had at Future Concepts Studio ! I had a perm done, which I was scared to do, but it turned out great!! Alyssa , made me feel very comfortable and assured me I was making the right choice, for my hair needs, so to speak!

I can't wait to get a Haircolor done. Alyssa, your amazing , and Thank You again...

The perfect salon experience. Just had a great experience with Alyssa at future concepts and just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in (they hang your coat and offer you a refreshment), I felt pampered. After a long week, it was great to sit back and have Alyssa take care of my hair. In fact, I was so relaxed while getting my hair washed and with my complimentary hand massage, that I could have fallen asleep! Alyssa did a fantastic job with my hair, listened to what I was looking for in a hair cut, gave me some suggestions and then gave me the perfect cut. Wish I could go in every day just so my hair could come out feeling like silk. Future concepts even offers touch up cuts the week following your cut if you find that your cut just isn't settling correctly, but Alyssa did such a great job, I didn't need to come back in. Also loved hearing they offer complimentary bang trims. Had such a refreshing experience... definitely going back. Hope you give it a try...and ask for Alyssa!

Alyssa does Magic!. I have been going to Alyssa for years after a friend recommended me. I've followed her from her last salon to Future Concepts since she is the only one I trust with my hair. The bonus is Future Concepts is an awesome space and it's fu to go there.

I have fine hair, but lots of it and it's kind of wavy. Alyssa knows how to thin it out while maintaining a great shape. She's always has good suggestions as to how I should switch it up too!

I'd recommend FC and Alyssa to anyone!

LOVE LOVE LOVE ALYSSA!. I have seen Alyssa for all my hair needs from cut to color and treatments (LOVE THE SMOOTH AND HEALTHY). She has amazing talent, and knows all the latest techniques! I have recommended everyone to her! I know that when I'm in her chair, that I am in great hands! We have gone from brunette, to blonde, and everything in between! She is so much fun, and I will always keep coming back to her!!

Best Hair Stylist by far!!!. If you go to Future Concepts you can't leave until you see Aja!!!!! She has been styling my hair for years I go where she goes:) Aja has always done an amazing job, she always askes questions and gets a feel for what I want!!!! she is very professional and is always up on the new styles!!! trust me you wont walk away disappointed :)
