What a rip off! $6 a person to get in which only really includes some swingsets, a face paint and little train ride. Apples are out of the world expensive, and the food isn't cheap either!

Bring your wallet.. Minnetonka Orchards is adorable. It's a beautiful spot in the fall, especially if you have young children. However, they charge you $4 just to get into the orchard. And, on top of that, you have to buy a bag from them for $15 in order to pick your own apples. Beautiful location, good apples, but way over-priced.

Close to the Cities, this orchard is one of the most visited spots every autumn.. In Short
Smaller than most orchards--only 3,200 trees--Minnetonka Orchards tries to make up for it with other goodies: free hayrides, events every weekend and a massive, 12-acre pumpkin patch. But picking your own apples is the real treat. The orchards are gorgeous, with meandering paths, rolling hills and explosions of wildflowers throughout. The trees are clearly labeled and short enough for an easy excursion. The craft shop is full of high-quality, reasonably priced goods.
