Misdiagnosis. Screw ups! I've seen this too often with the Ridgeview Westonka clinic. They misdiagnosed my mother's back pain. First they said it was probably a compression fracture of her spine. Later on they suggested it was a torn back muscle. She spent three months taking pain meds and was still in pain. Took her to the U of M in Minneapolis where they diagnosed it as a tumor on her liver. If you want to die, go to Ridgeview.

Good Experiences. We have been pleased with our experience at this clinic. It is close to us, and we have always been able to schedule our appointments within a short period of time. When I have arrived for my appointments (and sometimes I am running behind), I have always been called back to an exam room before I can finish an article in the paper or magazine I picked up in the waiting area. On one occasion when we had a concern, I contacted the Clinic and our doctor called us back within 15 minutes. Good "small town" service!

bad doctors; make you wait for an hour. My fammily has walked out on the last 2 appointments after they've made us wait in the treatment room for an hour (both times), with no end in sight.

Also, my husband had a spinal cord injury caused by a bad chiropractor in 2008. So he went to a Doctor at Ridgeview Westonka Clinic - who missed the spinal cord injury altogether (apparently "my legs not working right" isn't anything to worry about) and prescribed 'traction' in physical therapy (which the surgeon later said could have left him a quadrapalegic).

Stay away from these folks for anything potentially serious!

could not even make an appointment. just to make an appointment, I was on hold for over a half an hour.? Really? How long might I wait in the clinic? not worth finding out!!!
