extremely poor service, they know nothing about thier product. they could care less about what you buy as long as you pay cash......they didn't even try to make me happy after they sold me the wrong product. I am considering a lawsuit against them....buyer beware from these folks........their product knowlege is limited and when you walk out the door , the service is gone for good. I am going to have to try to go to the manufacturer and see if they can force heinens to step up to the plate....

Fair prices, good and friendly service.... I recently bought a Yamaha here and am very happy. They're friendly, knowledgable, and you can tell they love what they do. Definitely worth the drive from downtown Minneapolis and I'll come back for service as well.
