Customer service was AWESOME!!!. I had to order some flowers for a funeral. I ordered thru Maple Grove Floral. I sent in the order, got my confirmation back and all was good to go. When I arrived at the funeral home, much to my dismay my flowers were not there. I was a little upset at this. So I checked out my receipt and found I had put the wrong delivery date down. I called Maple Grove Floral and let them know what happened and that I needed to pick them up right away the next morning by 8:30. They informed me they would not be open at that time but to come anyways and there will be someone there to let me in and get my flowers. I got my flowers at 8:40 that morning. Now THAT is customer service!!! The flower arrangement was beautiful, I could not have asked for a better one. Thank you for the great service during such a hard time. It was appreciated ALOT! The store is beatiful as well!!

Great selection and fantastic quality. Maple Grove Floral has unique and one-of-a-kind arrangements - the flowers I got there were gorgeous and lasted almost two weeks! Usually the flowers I get from other shops don't last nearly half that long!

Also, the staff was VERY helpful and showed me a great arrangement for what I needed. As a guy, as I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing in this department - so the help was much appreciated!
