They offer the best instruction in Taekwondo and M.M.A. Training. Classes are taught by 3x U.S. National Champion and U.S. National Team coach Master Lee. M.M.A., Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai training is taught by 3x World Champion and former UFC Champion Master Dave Menne. They also have an after school program were they will pick up the kids from the local schools. But the best thing is, they use no contracts which makes it great for families with children.
Pros: Great facility
Cons: Gym is in a warehouse area. Hard to see
