Pleasant Paradise. I have shopped at numerous saddle shops throughout the country and Pleasant Hills is by far my favorite. Walking in you are greeted by the smell of freshly popped complimentary popcorn. Continuing throughout the store, you smell the aroma of new leather, and are greeted by the always smiling friendly staff (if you visit the shop frequently they even greet you by name)! They have a great selection of boots, saddles, and anything a cowgirl could dream of! Definitely a must visit if you are a horseperson or even just like to get a taste of the western lifestyle.

avoid entirely. I was so unsatisfied with my service with this company. It took multiple phone calls, and four trips to get my boots over the period of 3 weeks and they were still not right. The owner was rude and difficult to deal with and the employees are only worse. I have sworn never to return and I don't care if may cost more to go else where. I have tried to deal with this company several time and never had a good experience.
