Showed up late. I asked for them to check my coolant level they wanted $400 because they have flat rates. Other places will charge $90 - $115 to check the level and do a leak test. Tried to sell me a new unit despite saying my old one had GOOD FLOW! I paid him the $49 travel fee to leave my house.

Professional, on time, and fix problem quickly. Dean’s guys have been to my house several times to work on our heating system. And every time they are professional, on time and fix the problem quickly. I appreciate the professionalism of Dean’s and would refer them to my friends and family.

Not honorable. Fast friendly service but quality was poor and very, very expensive. They did not properly install our sump pump so it didn't work and flooded the basement. Both the main and backup pumps failed to engage. Dean's management admit they don't know why but will not pay for damages. Another sump expert suspects they didn't set the pump up correctly so the floats work as designed. Rates were almost twice as expensive as others.

False Reviews?? Really??. Funny how when you click on name of people who gave 5 star those people seam to rate only car dealers, heating, and plumbing companies. How could I trust a company that post false reviews.

very thorough and helpful. Reggie was very thorough and helpful when he was out at my house. He had excellent customer service and would refer friends and family to him in the event they would need something repaired or replaced.

Quality service , Grossly overcharged for product and labor. Had a kitchen faucet replaced. Charged more than suggested retail for faucet and $350 for 30 minutes labor. Would not recommend this company.

Rip Off. Worse experience ever was with Dean's Plumbing........ they are friendly and timely but there is no quality in their work and you will pay outrages prices for their services. My air conditioner required servicing. It required 2 service calls to make the repair and another visit from the manager to review the problems. Three different calls - three different responses - and they charged a $300 diagnostic yet they never could determine what was the issue. Coolant needed to be added (for another $400 dollars). End results, $700 in charges and an additional $2,000 for damages. Subsequent to Dean's repair I contact other service companies who provided estimates for repair - they all were a FRACTION of what Dean's charged. My advice - check around - it won't take long to find a more affordable, reliable company to repair your furnance/air conditioner or plumbing needs.

Thank you all for the great experience. Today I used Dean's Plumbing for the first time. I took a chance, choosing your company from the Yellow Pages because of the professional looking ad. I am very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The phone was answered promptly and courteously, and within 45 minutes, a plumber was at my house. Trent was polite, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. Everything we agreed upon was efficiently and neatly repaired to my satisfaction. How refreshing! Thank you all for the great experience; I will definitely call again
