Gentle Doctor Veterinary Clnc

Dr. Benson (at this clinic) is the best vet I have seen yet!. The whole staff at Gentle Doctor Veterinary Clinic is great, but especially Dr. Benson, who was my dog's former vet. He has a very calm demeanor and pin pointed what was wrong with my dog (after spending $2000 at other vets) . I wish I could have taken him to Kentucky where we moved. Our dog improved dramatically after taking his advice and I can't thank him enough. He can handle strong dogs and that was my previous problems with other vets. It would take several of them to handle the dog to cut nails, but I think his calmness was the key. Now I have to find another "Dr. Benson" in Kentucky.…

Amazing clinic!. I have gone to this clinic with my cats for years. Every staff member shows they care and the animals are most important...not money. I had to put my cat down last year and the doctor stayed with me the entire time and tried to comfort me. She was a calming force in an awful situation. She let me take my time to say good-bye and make it much easier. 2 days ago I had to take my other cat there. They did an office visit, had to keep him overnight and most of the next day. I was only charged for the urine test and the antibiotics. They didn't even charge me for an office visit! They work with the local Humane Society and the entire place is all around fabulous!…

BEST CARE IN THE BURBS. My family and I have moved from Chicago, we loved our vet there,and have been very apprehensive about finding a place here in MN for our teacup Maltipoo. My parents have used the Gentle Doctor Clinic with their animals and our dog had actually been seen there when we were visiting. They are SOOOO... amazing, I am one that needs someone to explain things to me not just tell me what I need to pay.

So yesterday during the snow storm when my mister started to squint his right eye I became concerned... the Gentle Doctor clinic wasn't open and against my better judgement we took him into one of those chain clinics. The vet was short and not explainatory and took all of my questions as a challenge. I finally ended the appointment by not taking the 3 medications that she said I needed, one of which had serious health risks if not taken properly and decided to go to the Gentle Doctor in the morning.

BEST BEST choice EVER. The vet spoke with me in the morning told me what signs to be careful of...when I felt that maybe he should be seen they got us in checked him out and he was perfectly fine. Just to let you know the chain place wanted to charge us 213.00 for a bunch of meds and tests for something my dog did not have and they were not even willing to entertain the idea that his eye could have just been irritated.

I can not say enough about them...if you want honest advice on your pet and you would like them to be treated well this is the place to go.
