horrible--they took parts off my mower when i did not get it repaired there--took two good wheels and put 2 broken ones on and when i asked them about it they called me a liar-dishonest, thieves, unprofessional-i would not recommend going in to use the rest room there cause they would find a way to cheat and steal from you. I have talked to many people that have said theis company should be investagated for repairs that were not done or there was never anything wrong with the equipment. how can the owner let the employees cheat and steal froom us customers-i am going to write the BBB on this sham of a company complain to Toro and John Deere--DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING OR GET A REPAIR DONE---TOTALLY DISHONEST!

Really Supports the "Small Business". I started purchasing equipment from Weekend Freedom about 2 years ago. I created a great relationship with this company. They were always willing to help me out and get me back out in the field as quickly as possible. Time is money in the lawn care industry. Recently, during "Fall clean-up season", I ran into the worst possible situation for a lawn service. All (I mean ALL) of my lawn service equipment was stolen out of my shop one evening. Stunned and withdrawn, I didn't know what to do. I had to honor my contracts, and my word. However, without any equipment, this was extremely hard to do. With the help of Weekend Freedom, I was up and running within a few days. All the employees were extremely helpful and understanding of my critical situation. Without the help of Weekend Freedom, my company would have likely gone under because of the extreme circumstances. I truly believe Weekend Freedom cares for all the small businesses out there. Camaraderie is key to keeping us all alive in these hard economic times, and Weekend Freedom definitely understands that!

Bad Service...No, worse then Bad. The machine I purchased was supposed to be ready to blow snow but when I got it home nothing was adjusted and there was engine oil leaking on the floor and the auger was hitting the cutting edge bolt. I took it back and left it there for about a month. I go to pick it up,there's oil all over it and the chute and cutting edge are still not right. I'm a mechanic and this kind of work is not acceptable. I still got oil leaking out of it and no kind of satisfaction from them.

I do not recommend buying anything from this place. If I want to use my new snow blower this winter I'll have to fix it my self.

Lousy Customer Service. I will never go back to them. First they tried to charge me for warranty work they never did on my Lawnboy mower, then backtracked and said the charge was for time spent reviewing the warranty policy terms. That was pure BS!. Then they failed to properly repair my Toro snowblower and insisted that I didn't know how it was supposed to run. Then they blamed me, the customer, for not describing the problem correctly. I had to have the factory engineers tell them how it operated and how to fix it. Their customer service reps and service manager treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and were downright nasty and unapologetic. I used to run a vehicle maintenance shop so I know a little about mechanical things. They've lost me as a customer.

The customer service was so great, I joined them.... I have always been pretty cheap when looking for parts or service related materials for my old and outdated John Deere and Gravely equipment.

I was promptly greeted by a associate when I entered the store and I was given a great schooling on how well engineered my old equipment still was. After purchasing a few hundred dollars in update kits for my equipment and spending some time with my salesperson looking at new equipment for my future needs. I inquired about the history of this company founded in 1972. I later found out I was buying parts from the general manager and he was very shorthanded. That man now is my boss and I take great pleasure making sure everyone walking in the door gets to have a that good feeling when they visit.

Horrible Place to do Business. I have never had a worse experience in my life. These guys will treat you horrible. They talk down to you like you know nothing. They do not follow through with promises and make it seem like no big deal. I have tried doing business with this place a few times over the years and have always left thinking it was the worst place to try and buy something. You gain NOTHING buying from them, I repeat, NOTHING!! They sell things at TOP RETAIL price, and heaven forbid you have a trade. I had a trade with them, took my business to a GREAT John Deere business in Belle Plaine, and they gave me $400 MORE for my trade than Weekend Freedom. If you want to pay full retail price and get bad customer service, this is the place to shop, otherwise, internet search for another dealer and you will be happy you did.

Horrible Customer Service. Unbelievably bad customer service!

Nice place, but the customer service is awful. I have taken my lawn mower there for service and every time I have to just shrug off service that make you feel like you have somehow bothered them by coming in.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Weak customer service. Last yr I stopped by 3 different times to shop for a Toro mower. Every single time no one helped me or asked if I needed help. Two of those times I was the only person in the store and there were 2 clerks behind the counter. I finally had to chase one of them down and when I asked questions about specific mowers I got one or two word answers. I went there to compare the different models so I could intelligently choose. This dealer is useless and because they ignored me, I purchased a new mower online with free shipping.

They Don't Listen to Customers. I took my riding mower in for maintenance and specifically told them not to complete the yearly preventive maintenance - I can do that myself. Then they called and confirmed that I did not want that service along with fixing the other problem. When I picked it up, the preventive maitenance was completed and they got mad when I wouldn't pay for it. I was firm and they knew they couldn't force me so they took it off of my bill. That was the last time I took any work to them.
