Fabulous, made-how-you-like-it Chinese Food!

I have been thoroughly enjoying this restaurant for over ten years. From the cream cheese puffs to the hot pepper chicken, I love it all! One of my favorite features of this restaurant is you are able to specify on many of the dishes, because they are made just for you. You can add vegetables, take out items you dislike, throw in tofu, or have it made glutten (wheat) free. My biggest issue when I visit other Chinese restaurants is the "under the heating lamp" taste and appearance of the food. I know when I go to D. Fong's I am getting a meal made for me when I order it. Great food, great service, great owner! Highly recommended!
- Pros: Love the food, service and amount of food you get. No alcohol can be a positive.
- Cons: A family place or for a casual date. No alcohol can be a plus or a minus.
