Hands down THE best customer service in Twin Cities! Great regular-sized men's clothing as well. Must stop!. My dad and brother are both well over 6 feet tall and department stores simply don't carry many, if any tall items, let alone big AND tall! Bill's Toggery has a great selection of big and/or tall items (xlong ties, pants, shirts, big shoes, etc) no matter what your taste. They have casual, dressy, trendy, designer-you name it. Plus, the best part is their customer service.

I recently was in for Christmas shopping and the staff immediately knew both my dad and brother's sizes from memory. In addition, they were insanely helpful about each's unique style and taste. The staff even knew what my brother's wife and in-laws had picked out so that we wouldn't end up giving the same clothing! After trying to decide between several items, I asked for advice and the staff was dead-on for knowing my brother's taste and what he would enjoy the most.

To be fair, my family has been long-time customers so it is probably easier to remember their sizes. However, I noticed the same outstanding customer service with every other customer in the store. Friendly, genuinely helpful and nice, truly caring-something that can be hard to come by at your local Macy's. The return policy is good, and they have nice sales (I was given a great coupon-spend $150, get $50 off). I don't know why you would bother shopping elseware.

Unfortunately, I was a little sad when leaving, because I was unaware that they also carry regular-sized clothing as well. The regular sized items come in the same great selection and I was sad that I had already bought my "regular/standard sized" boyfriend Christmas presents already! I saw a lot of items that I know he would have loved! :-) I will be back in to shop for him.
