AMAZING FLOWERS. My wife isn't into flowers, so she put me in charge of our wedding flowers. I'll admit I didn't know what I wanted but after spending time with Dawn for a consultation, I was truly amazed at her ability to coordinate flowers that were within my budget and still beautiful. Oh and by the way she didn't charge us for the use of vases for centerpieces. The day of the wedding the flowers were a SHOW STOPPER. The whole day people continued to come up to me and tell me how AMAZING THE FLOWERS WERE. I have Dawn's Flowers to thank for a memorable event that will be in my memory for a life time.

100% SATISFACTION ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS. If I'm sending flowers in the Shakopee area, I always use Dawn's Flowers. They deliver fresh and beautiful flowers that have never failed the receipient. 100% SATISFACTION and WOULD RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES.

FROZEN Flowers. Very disappointed. I ordered a floral arrangement, sent to someone's home, as funeral condolences. They found the flowers in their driveway, frozen, with no card.

They said the flowers would have been beautiful - if they weren't frozen.

Beautiful Flowers, Reasonable Price, & EXCELLENT service!. After calling 5 big box florist places that I found online, I was starting to tear my hair out - NONE were willing to deliver a flower arrangement to our daughter for her birthday for under $45.00, before additional delivery costs - NONE! Two of the anwering phone reps laughed out loud at my request - seriously. Two told me that my minimum flower order would have to be $50.00, BEFORE the additional delivery fees......then I found Dawn's Flowers - YAHOO! BUY YOUR FLOWERS HERE!

Like a breath of fresh air, Dawn herself answered the phone, and hastened to assure me that not only was it feasible to put together a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers, that she would also deliver it to our daughter for my total budgeted amount - $35.00!

THE delivered ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL - was full of tulips and lilies and other Spring flowers - so flower quality and excellent customer service was not sacrificed in keeping with my budget.

Dawn was wonderful to me on the phone AND to my daughter upon delivery of the birthday bouquet - Dawn went out of her way to call my daughter at work and made sure the bouquet was delivered to the right place at the right time - I couldn't have hoped for better customer service!

Please support Dawn's business ethics and wonderful customer service by purchasing your flowers from her. You and your flower recipient won't be sorry. Please support a wonderful woman who runs a wonderful business - don't support the Too Big For Their Britches Big Guys who don't give a darn about you, or what your budget is, or what specific flowers you'd like included. Dawn obviously cares about ALL of that - and that's how it should be.

Best local shop in my opinion.. I can't thank Dawn's Flowers enough for the wonderful service. I chose Dawn's Flowers because it was a local shop. I didn't want to feed the big fish in the pond. I was looking for the perfect selection of flowers for my February'08 wedding and I found them. The options that were available were tremendous. And the staff was great to work with. I recommended Dawn's Flowers to all my friends. They have a repeat customer in me.

Poor Service. My husband and I chose Dawn's Flowers because they were a local florist. I explained exactly what I wanted from them and was very specific because we were using special flowers to commemorate my husband mother, who past away recently. The memory bouquet that we received on our wedding day, along with all of the bridesmaids bouquets were incorrect. Instead of being special flowers, that were meaningful to us, they were simply random assortments. When I called shortly after the wedding to speak with Dawn about this, Phyllis proceeded to inform me that I must not have remembered correctly and that she could tell from the moment that I walked into their office, I was going to be a brat. She even had the nerve to accuse me of complaining to them simply to make up for my overspending on my wedding. I was so taken aback that she could be so insensitive regarding something that was so important to us. I would warn anyone looking for a florist to stay away from Dawn's Flowers; you will be let down.

Nice people...but....... We hired Dawn's Flowers for our wedding in 2001. I brought with a very colorful and detail oriented picture of I wanted - and both her and myself went over what was wanted - from flowers to colors, etc...very detailed. What she didn't have she said she could get. The only thing that was similar to the picture was it had "Lambs Ear". What was produced and dropped off (no help here, either) was nothing at all like what we had spoken about nor agreed upon. Cheaper alternatives were used, without checking with us - but we still paid high buck.



Also, after paying (quite a bit for, too) for flowers to be used to decorate the cake...those flowers were no where to be found. Were they set next to the cake or near the table? Nope. No where in sight. At the end of the evening, while tearing down, the skirting was removed from the cake table and lo, and behold, there the flowers were, in a bucket under the table. No phone call or note telling us where they might be found.

They seemed to want the business but when it came time to produce, it all was pretty rushed, get in - drop it off - and run, fast!, so they don't complain that it isn't the way it was promised to be.

Don't be fooled in to believing that the nice lady will serve you well. She may be very nice, but that doesn't produce promised results. Take your business elsewhere.
