who knew?

Not many people know about this funky little bar on the shores of lake Waconia, but those that do enjoy one of the best places to see live music in a casual intimate setting. The Boathouse books top notch bands from the area like Panoramic Blue, Dazy Head Mazy, Leep 27, Honeywagon, Fade to Shade, Shaky Jake and many more and they never charge a cover! Cool off between sets on their deck overlooking the beautiful lake & island. The bar is owned by the same people as Nancy's Landing Restaurant that is right next door. Check it out!
- Pros: great bands, cheap drinks, great location
- Cons: small, small restrooms
