What People Are Saying About Kieran's Irish Pub

In Short – Step inside and you'd almost swear you were in a pub on the other side of the pond. Large lunchtime and happy-hour crowds keep the friendly servers busy. Nab a cozy table near the stone fireplace and you won't care whether anyone pays attention. Aside from the expected Guinness, Harp and Bass drafts, Finnegan's Irish Ale and other selections are on tap. Black and Tans and liquor-spiked hot drinks liven up your choices.

Editor's Tips

Wonderful Pub Food!

by MDel at Citysearch

We went to Kieran's for the Sunday brunch. When we arrived, the interior of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, and it was a genuine rendition of a true Irish Pub. We were surprised to see a small stage that was there for performances, which was great to see support for the local artists. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. The fruit was fresh, not frozen, and the soda bread was actually quite addictive. In conclusion, the pub is absolutely wonderful in every aspect, especially for the price!

OVER-RATED - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

by KieransISbad at Citysearch

I will never return to this place. Service was miserable. Food was below average. Staff was rude and under trained.

I have been to a variety of establishments downtown, and this was by far the worst. It is over-rated and understaffed. I would advise all to choose another place if your family would like to have a good time.

Great place in the city!

The food is some of the best I've had in Minneapolis. It's very reasonably priced and the outdoor seating is key. No complaints. Great service and amazing food.

A Relaxing Hangout

by peaceveg at Citysearch

Really cool decor and easy to find. Friendly staff, great music, and open-mic sessions too. It's definitely a place to check out if you're visiting the area for the first time!
