Need to train your dispatch if you need more business. I called their number at around 6 am this morning to find out a quote to unlock my car. The dispatch lady sounded short and rude. Not very professional. She told me the quote over the phone, and hung up. I thought the line got dropped accidentally. Called her back immediately thinking we hadn't finished conversation before the line got drop. Apparently, she said "I already told you it's going to cost $48+ to come out, and plus blah blah blah..." So, I already knew I had to keep calling the next guy on my list since I don't want to give my business to bad customer services company. Besides, the guy whom I decided to go with was much more professional and fair - call Pop A Lock, Minneapolis, if you need this type of service. It will save your time, and $$. You'll be as glad as I was!!…
