Disappointing Service.
Found Hippocrates on my BCBS list and thought I'd give it a try. Visited for a specific sports-related ailment that other DCs have treated successfully in the past. Usually it takes about 5 minutes to correct. Dr. Lile did not seem to know how to fix the problem and instead tried to up-sell me on acupuncture and other holistic remedies, which made me feel uncomfortable.
She seemed like a nice person and perhaps more in tune with the holistic healing versus chiropractic. In the end, I paid money out of pocket on top of whatever my insurance covered, and still had to go to another DC to get my issue resolved.
