Jerry didn't respect my wishes per Minnesota Rules of Court.. I ended up representing myself after Jerry plead the opposite of what I'd asked him (his obligation to do what his client asks). Afterward, I recorded his explanation of the plea, and when he found out about the recording, he wouldn't answer my phone calls or even meet with me. He also called and told me to be at three different hearings that weren't even scheduled by the court, wasting much of my time and costing me money from work. Being these actions were at best unethical (according to the Minnesota Rules of Court), I asked that all or a large part of my retainer be returned to me. He said he would talk with his partner, Rachel Goldberger and get back to me. I'm still waiting after nearly two years.....

I won the case after proceeding in the direction I'd asked of Jerry in the first place, so all was not lost. Definitely would NOT recommend either of the partners.

Great Lawyers!. I was inexperienced working with lawyers until late last fall. They made me feel extremley comfortable and relaxed even under the circumstances. I wouldn't use anyone else, I plan on having them as my lawyers for as long as there around.

He was knowledgeable for my son, but getting a call was tough. he was knowledgeable but not as agressive as I would like. Sometimes it was difficult to get a return telephone call.

great lawyer. Excellent Lawyer, Is excellent in the courtroom,has been my lawyer now for the past 10 years happy with the outcome of my cases so far.
