Its just sickening, but we have to settle. 16 months after they poisoned my then 3 month old Nick, even after an I-Team investigation, no law has been changed, no one has stepped up to fix the problem, not even the state representatives have called me back. They are luckily dodging a huge bullet by my son not DYING from their mistake. It breaks my heart that my son means nothing to them. Nothing. Only 3 weeks at this facility, starting at 9 weeks old, my son was subject to manhandling, neglect, starvation, and picked up thrush from them giving him another baby's bottle one day, then picking up a filthy pacifier (not his) and shoving it in his mouth while I walked in. I filed my reports with the state on what I saw, and was appalled at the lack of care for the infants and toddlers. Shocking!!! **********PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS INSTITUTION FOR YOUR DAY CARE NEEDS!************** Before you say, "Did you not check references?" We checked everything on them, asked all the right questions, dropped in, took a tour, got another lady fired for manhandling infants, another two reprimanded for neglecting another, and they still ended up nearly killing my son, even after a personal guarantee from the director, that he would be safe. I didn't believe her and on the last day my son was scheduled to be there, they gave him another child's heart medication and my son was rushed via ambulance to THE WRONG HOSPITAL! Their insurance company has offered to give Nick about $100 bucks for his pain and suffering, after all the expenses we incurred. I nearly lost my mind! I couldn't believe what was happening! Not in my wildest dreams did I imagine this kind of horrible care existed! Certainly not when my now x-employer recommended them! YOUR BABY IS NOT SAFE HERE. New Horizons does not learn from their mistakes and they do not care about your child. No matter how nice they may seem, its all about your money, folks!

Pros: None

Cons: Continuous, upsetting visits that resulted in two being fired for maltreatment and my son going to the ER.
