Shocked by the staff this place has. I've stayed here a few times when my company books rooms at the cdiscount rate. While I'm impressed with the big rooms and the cleanliness I am constantly wondering.... Hospitality is supposed to imply customer service correct?

This hotel seems to have totally missed the mark with that. The clerks and supervisors working behind that desk are shockingly unprofessional and rude. There is a woman working there who was outright rude to me on my first trip when i didn't understand the elaborate explaination she rattled off to me regarding parking options, I asked to speak to her supervisor at which point she rudely informed me she was the supervisor. I later asked a different clerk who the manager was and he informed me the manager was bartending that night. I went back to the bar area to witness more inappropriate behavior, if the man behind the bar was the hotel manager I'm shocked he was with the woman supervisor talking bad about an overweight guest and her dog making comments about wishing the animal would die.

I've unfortuantely had to stay at this hotel on a few occassions since for work. I cannot confirm this for certain, but i swear that same manager I saw behind the bar slept in the room next door to mine during one of my stays. I kept running into him in the halls very late at night and on at least one occassion he appeared intoxicated. Perhaps it's normal for the hotel boss to sleep in the hotel, but it made me uncomfortable.

I just returned from what will hopefully be my last stay at this hotel and again encountered the same rude people and poor treatment I've come to expect from this place. Thought since no one has reviewed this hotel on here it was time for someone to speak up and tell the truth.
