If you are looking for a Jeweler in the Twin Cities there is no other place to go to than Bergstrom Jewelers. Hands down the greatest expiriance & customer service we have ever expirianced. My fiance originally purchased a ring from different chain jeweler and the problems never ended. After over 6 months of no ring and going back and forth we threw in the towel. Thats why my parents reccomended we check Bergstroms as that is where my dad purchased my moms ring 25 years ago. We were immediatly greeted by Peter who was AMAZING!! He was super attentative and saw everything about the old ring we loved and how to take it from just a ring you see in a jeweler to The Ring!! There jeweler there on site is seccond to none and is truley an artist! The work and attention she gives to every piece is outstanding. And the fact that if we ever have an issue we get to speak directly to the jeweler who made the ring not a store who then has to call some customer service for a jeweler/designer in another state and all that red tape and paper work. If you want a one of a kind ring for your one of a kind love Bergstrom is the way to go! I will be a Bergstrom client for life after this!!

My family has been shopping at Bergstrom Jewelers for many many years and I will never go anywhere else! My fiance and I went ring shopping there together and were immediately greeted with kind, smiling faces and wonderful customer service. Everyone there was immensely professional and friendly. The employee we had the pleasure of working with, Peter, was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with us during our search for the perfect engagement ring :) We never felt rushed or pressured to buy! Peter let us look at many different settings and diamonds in order to evaluate the quality of each one and made us feel that he was genuinely interested in helping us find a beautiful setting and diamond that fit my fiance's budget. Once we found the ring, Peter was very helpful and informative about the whole purchase process, getting insurance on the ring, as well as getting the ring appraised.

I now have my ring and it has been several months since the purchase and we have visited Bergstrom's a few times since and we still always receive superior customer service from everyone at the shop!

Although Bergstrom's may be smaller than the other chain jewelry stores...I appreciate a more intimate setting and a more unique ring inventory. I shopped many other stores and saw the same rings by the same designers over and over. Bergstroms is classy, friendly and offers a more intimate setting for customers who want a one on one experience!

Excellent customer service!. As an AmeriCorps member in Minneapolis, I am not presently in a position to buy much of anything at a place like Bergstrom Jewelers, but twice in the past year I have been very impressed with their customer service. My watch band needed adjustment on two occasions, and each time the staff at Bergstrom's accomplished the task quickly and effectively, irrespective of the fact that I was not buying anything else of substance. I can think of other places where this has certainly not been the case - it may seem a small touch, but to my experience such attention to detail heralds a business worthy of my support. I hope to return in the future.

Little Shop. . . . Big Values. My familly has been shopping at Bergstrom for years. This is one of those stores where you NEVER pay the marked price. Virtually everything in the store is HALF OF THE MARKED PRICE!. Locally owned, the boss still works daily. Great selection and value. Clerks are very knowledgable and will do everything they can to see that you find what you are looking for,

Attentive service and a crowd-free shop make for a pleasant jewelry-buying experience.. In Short
Tucked inside the Plymouth Building, Bergstrom Jewelers has been serving the Twin Cities since 1923. The shop's '80s-style decor could use an update, but great selection and customer service make up for it. Ever-present, but unobtrusive, staff answer questions about diamonds, pearls, gems and designer watches. The ring selection is first-rate, making this a good stop to shop for anything, from a diamond solitaire to a 14-carat gold toe ring.

Overpriced. They had a decent selection of engagement rings but the prices were higher than the other jeweler in that building. The diamonds were GIA certified, but the staff had limited knowledge of the new cutting standards from GIA and AGS. You can do better

Boring and small.. I went to check out the "renovation" and found that while the store did look better than before it still had the same tiny selection. They did not have any of the designers I asked about and the diamonds they showed me had big black marks in them. I was not impressed by anything during my visit, maybe if they renovated their inventory next time I'd have a reason to go back. Much ado about nothing as far as I am concerned...

This store has been totally renovated!. This hidden jewelry store has suddenly become one of the nicest jewelry stores in the metro area. With a total renovation of their Plymouth Building store, the addition of new designer lines, and a quality sales staff, you can't miss. Now have diamonds and prices on internet. Only carry GIA cert diamonds. Huge selection, quality jewelry, great value!

They validate parking at 5 ramps!

VERY Limited selection!!!. While better than some, like bottom of the barrel Wedding Day for example, this store avoided any talk of AGS cut grade standards and only knew of the cut-grade of their limited selection of AGS "000"s. The rest of their limited diamond stock was very overpriced and termed loosely to imply decent cut-grade when it was unknown. Dissapointing, especially in value. You can do better...
