sent a watch for link repair, the woman was exceptionally thorough. she took a look at the broken bracelet and didn't say anything about price first--which made me feel that she's more concerned about my watch. to make the bracelet fit she took out three pieces of links altogether, one by one and had me wear it each time to see how it would fit. this kind of thoroughness is truly exceptional. (I'd only had experience of similar quality service in a hair salon in nyc.) the price came out to be really reasonable too, and she gave me lots of advice on how to better take care of the watch etc.

My experience at this establishment was excellent. The salesperson Noel Slack was very product savvy and but did a great job indifferentiate thier product from all other competition. I learned a great deal there and would recommend this retailer to all my freinds in Edina. I'm a customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with Thomas Joseph & Sons - primarily through Marjorie - for over 10 years. From $100 items up to my wife's 3+ carat wedding ring, everything is always perfect. They quickly learn what we like, the selection is outstanding, there is absolutely no pressure to buy, and the service following any purchase is impeccable. Oh yes....the pricing is always very fair, as well. Quite simply, thisnis the way to run a business.....first class in every respect.

Michael Jr. and staff - this past weekend I had referred a "friend of a friend" to your store to look at engagement rings. He was nervouse because you are not a "mall jewlers" I assured him that he would be very happy with your service and selection. I am very happy to say he had a wonderful experience - and thanks to Michael Jr. he bought the ring!! This is the best jeweler a person can find. It's a small family owned business and they know their customers by name. It's such a nice feeling with as much as stuff can cost. The prices are fair, the quality is great and so is the staff.
