In Short – Roomy, red leatherette booths, relish trays and an oyster bar shimmering with succulent selections make this hotel restaurant tops with locals and visitors. The crowd is a well-coiffed mix of everyday folks, CEOs in suits and ties, and couples celebrating a night on the town. The menu changes daily, but standards include loaded clam chowder, or all-crab crab cakes. Don't overlook creative entrees like meaty marlin rubbed in Cajun spice or soy-lime glazed mahi mahi.
Editor's Tips
- The Extras:
- Mention a birthday or anniversary when making reservations and get a complimentary baked Alaska, flamed tableside.
- Know Before You Go:
- Check-marks beside certain menu items signify the freshest catch of the day.
- When to Go:
- Fridays are easier to get a reservation. To snag a last-minute Saturday night slot (from a cancellation), call between 10am and noon that day.

-Gio/Jio sp? made my friends feel at home while we waited for a table at the bar..great wine choices for myself and our Manhattans and martini...killer!
-Nat was a consummate professional and he was honest about the portions which of course made us order more wine! He described the food perfectly and knew when to leave us be. All around classic service you would find in NYC!
Everyone was nice and we will be sure to come back for our next girls night out!
- Pros: Best Staff, Service, Bartenders and Oysters
Pampered and Perfect Birthday

A very fun and relaxing evening celebrating a birthday during the week. Very attentive, friendly, knowlegeable, but not annoying waiter who treated us with a great experience-ask for Chad's area.
The food was what they're known for; seafood; with the ahi tuna filling up two of us that had split it, the shrimp cocktail was a bit dry but great with the cocktail sauce. Drinks were good size but expensive.
Chad brought out a huge baked alaska with pumpkin ice cream for the b-day treat and it was delicious.
The hostesses, waiters, helpers were charming us from the minute we stepped into the restaurant. It was a special eating event. I was disappointed that there wasn't alot of diners and hope that isn't a bad sign especially since Manny's left.
- Pros: parking in ramp is easy, the staff treats you very well, seafood was perfect, romantic booths
- Cons: hign prices on food and drinks, downtown taxes, not a lot of energy during the week
