Not that good.
I hear people love this place but I just don't see it. Been there twice and both times I was disappointed.
The burritos had peas in them with little meat. The tacos were decent but cost too much.. The only good part about this place is its right next door to a mexican grocery store..

Used To Be My Favorite.
I first visited this place four years ago, and found completely authentic Mexican cuisine, servers that only spoke Spanish, and eye watering burritos.
Well...since it's been discovered by the local media and hyped on the "Best of" List, the food has gotten "Blandi" (The term I use for food made bland to appeal to the local Scandinavian culture).
Gone are the quaint simple menus, huge portions, low prices, and primarily Hispanic crowd. Now
we see Beemers with gum smacking suburban chics picking up take out. It's still a good place, but no longer great. I am happy to see them succeed with three locations.

Best Mexican in the Cities. Taco Morelos food captures perfectly what I love about Mexican / Tex Mex food. Their green sauce is my favorite! The service is always fast and friendly! In my opinion TM is easily the best Mexican in the cities.

Has No Equal. Taco Morelos serves up superior authentic Mexican fare. It is the closest I have encountered to the wonderful meals I have had in old Mexico. The key here is "authentic". Most Mexican food has been Americanized.

mas o meno. This was a great place when they first open. Quality went down. Still, the "tacos di chorizo" are the best in town.
