Fantastic!. My brakes fell apart on my car the other day, so with the help of my phone I located the closest auto shop. Northwestern Tire Co. was the lucky winner. I called and explained the situation and asked if they could help me out. They said to roll on over.

I just picked the car up and with some brand new brakes and pads and the whole shebang... Much more affordable than I was expecting! They even fixed my sun roof which had been jammed for the past 3 years! The guy casually brought it up when I was paying, didn't charge a cent extra for it!

I know where I'm getting my oil changes from now on! They are also in a great location, I walked from Loring Park to pick my car up and it only took about half an hour.

They take good care of me and my car. I live in the neighborhood and have been taking my car here for several years. The folks at NW Tire are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They don't fix things that aren't broken, and don't pressure me to buy stuff I don't need.

Honest auto shop. Probably beyond honest.. I've given a Google Maps review, but will do one here as well. In 2000, I bought a used Saturn that broke down often. They never oversold me and treated me right. Now it's 2008 and the new car I bought in 2002 needs maintenance here and there. I brought it in for an oil change and to get it winterized. They checked the coolant and told me it's just fine for the winter. Who would actually do that?
