In Short – Colorfully painted and situated in convenient metro areas, Leeann Chin restaurants are always easy to spot. While some locations have a few tables for those wanting to dine in, it's mainly a take-out business. Boxed salads sit in coolers; the rest of the dishes are pre-made. Popular with the lunch crowd, the place is usually packed at noon. The menu consists of fast takes on traditional favorites like beef lo mein and lemon chicken.
Quick, that is all.

It's quick food that is pretty tasty. It's not authentic so don't expect that. But it's not bad. Just don't expect too much.
- Pros: fast, tasty
- Cons: this site says they deliver and they do not

Excuse me Kodakgirl, I can't help but find that not only does Leeann Chin use "the quick and efficient way" to prepare meals but so do all fast-food restaurants, and other dining restaurants. Many things nowadays are prepackaged and pre-made, and yes, pre-heated. If you are aware of this, I congratulate you, but don't just hate on one, especially if you hate on it in a slightly discriminating way if you don't know what you're talking about. I had to respond to share what I know and back-hand a discriminating/ignorant vibe I retrieved from that comment. Thanks a bunch for reading.
Not a Happy Customer

Up in Minneapolis to visit and staying at the Double Tree hotel, Leeann Chin was right across the street. Too hungry to even think about anything, my friends and I ended up buying food from a place weve never been to. When I first walked in, one employee was mopping so he shouted for his friend in the back to come serve us. It was so unprofessional. I dont like the fact that Leeann Chin makes the food and use hot pads to warm the food, then its served cafeteria style. Chinese food was not meant to be treated that way. But my husband was right, small portion of food that still left me hungry. Im so glad we dont have a Leeann Chin where I live and Im never going to another one.
- Pros: Good Parking
- Cons: Low Quality, Low Service
