We were running out of wine at our wedding and ordered two cases to be delivered to our wedding venue, first off the delivery man was rude, and second we didnt go through even 3/4 of either cases so I called to see if we could return or exchange and they said no to both. Now were stuck with two cases of the same kind of wine, bummer.

However, we don't mess around when it comes to ID's. I can't speak to this particular situation as I wasn't a witness, but the only identification we accept is as follows.
1.) Unexpired DL/State ID
2.) Unexpoired passport
3.) Unexpired United States military ID
Other than that, I can assure you our customer service and selection have both improved. Please give us another try.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went in to purchase wine for a dinner party and was met with the rudest woman ever. I will be sure to NEVER shop here again. Service like this is frankly just completely unacceptable. She refused to sell to me because I asked her a question about whether I could use my expired license. I informed her I had my passport in my car and could run and grab it but it was snowing heavily. Because of this she refused to serve me. The selection was also subpar.
