Ride the Rail? Frequent the Cardinal!!. This place is one of Minneapolis's best kept secrets. The food is ridiculously good. I loved the burgers and had so many that I decided to try something else after a while and found their Philly beef. Wow. The prices are very reasonable and it is very easy to get in and out. I live nearby so often order my food to go. If you figure that for near the same price as McDonalds you can have one of the best burgers around it is a no brainer. They just put up new tv's throughout so it is a great place to catch a game or play a few rounds of pool.…
