Used to New!. Have always wanted a quality leather coat and found a used one that was pretty nice, but worn and smelly too! Had some wear and tear. Brought it to Don's Leather Cleaning, picked it up today and it looks (and smells) awesome. Inside liner looks and feels great too!

Customer service is AWFUL!. I had brought in a pair of Ugg boots with an oil stain. The man assured me they could get it out. In fact he told me that oil is the easiest to get out. Come back in a week.I returned to the boots looking the same. No change.He never called to tell me they couldn't get the stain out.In fact he said "Oh I remember you bringing them in, they look better." Not even a little bit.He then told me I could have them dyed.They have the best dye person ever.Being very hesitant at this point, because he had alreeady tried to convince me it was no problem to get the oil out. I agreed. Come back in a week.It was just over a week.They were to be finished on Friday.They are closed on weekends.I called on the following Monday.They said they were ready.I arrived there to the man telling me that they were locked in the back, and the person with the key had left for the day.He went on to tell me that he would have them delivered to my home on Tuesday.I received a phone call from a rude woman telling me my boots would be done after 3 on Wednesday.When I tried to explain to the woman what this man had promised, she hung up on me. I was shocked. I came in on Wednesday.As we waited for about 10 min.He came back with the boots and said they need one more day to complete the dying process..So this is my 3rd trip to this place, after they told me they were ready on Monday.I explained that to him.I went on to tell him all the things they had already told me.THEN, at that point, I was completely shocked.Especially after reading the previous review.He also accused me of being under the influence of alcohol.He said "You were here last Friday."I said "No, I was here on Monday."He said, well we have it all on audio." I said "Well that's great,so you will remember everything you said to me!" I took the boots to NEVER return to Don's Leather Cleaning, because they are over the top rude, and clearly accuse all of their customers to be under the influence when they can't make their commitments. I would like to know what any of that has to do with their poor customer service. I advise NO ONE to take anything there. Oh, and they make you pay in advance for services they cannot do! -0000 for a rating.

unfair. 48.00$ and the item still had the stain in that i initially pointed out the guy said there is nothing more we can do to get the stain out .i said that the item was unexceptable many times over and over . now he is creating an argument .the calling the manager was offered but he did not pick up a phone and was expecting ME to call.but he did not have a phone for me to use so now i had to own a cell phone .and plus now he the manager of course , is not available during busness hours .now here walls in a manager and i say merely that this stain is still here after i expressed to her originally. she oblidged very cheerfully that they will work on it and get the stain out .went back ,stain still there they said that was all they could do ,well ok then they offered to call the manager? to perhaps recieve 50% off.by now i have had enuff of this place so i left it in my wifes hands she goes and picks it up receives no discount and was told that i was out of hand and that i smelled of alcohol ! now .that is a little much. what are they running here Dons Leather & AA plus why do they talk bad about their customers to others !? 48.00$ , I need a cell phone ,cant get a stain out , AA, did i mention 48.00$ # warning stay away unless you want to be judged by the Peanut Gallery
