We had two leather chairs that were probably ten years old, had never been cleaned, had some bad stains on the headrest pillows, and were starting to look shabby enough to be an embarrassment. We brought them to Don's, and after a lengthy discussion as to what kind of cleaning should be done, we had them do the work. I had the discussion with Don and accepted his recommendations. When we got them back we were absolutely thrilled with the result. They looked as new, and I expect they will for a long time to come. They will definitely go back to Don's when they need cleaning again. An added bonus is that the people at Don's that I had dealings were wonderful to do business with. Thanks Don's! We now have new chairs again.

Don’s Leather Cleaning was great to work with. They really made a damaged piece look perfect! I have and would refer them and plan on using them again in the future.

They do great work but be very specific about what you want done. This was my 1st visit and I took in a rare and beautifully distressed Schott 230 jacket for a cleaning only and got it back dyed chocolate brown. HORRORS! When I explained this they cheerfully removed the coating and ran it through their cleaning cycle again (which works exceptionally well). Apparently they had a new hire and he was doing what he thought the customer would appreciate. Removing the dye is not an enjoyable process and I doubt he'll make the same mistake again. I will be back, good honest people.

Two weeks ago on an icy Minneapolis morning, I slipped and fell on my front steps, hitting my head on my front steps. After a trip to the ER and 7 stitches later, my favorite Harley Davidson Leather Jacket was covered in blood. I took it to Don's Leather Cleaning a week later - I was amazed!! They restored it to better than new !! Thank You Don !!

A new lease on life! I took my 15 year old Coach bag into Don's for cleaning, they cleaned it, re-dyed it, and totally brought it back to life. It looks like a brand new purse and it cost a LOT less than a new purse. :-)

Brought my favorite purse back to life! More than a year ago I made the mistake of bringing my favorite green purse to my regular dry cleaner for cleaning. It came back severely discolored. I stashed the purse in my closet, hoping to come to terms with my loss. Then I heard about Don's and brought it in to see if they could do anything. To my surprise, the purse looked brand new when I picked it up! I've subsequently brought in a couple of other items and Don's has always done a great job.

Like New Again!. I had two very nice, expensive Kate Spade handbags what were dirty and a little scuffed. I heard about Don's and hoped the bags could be restored to some semblance of their former glory.

The man at the counter (sorry, don't remember his name) was very nice and helpful; thoroughly explained the process to me regarding what may need to be done as far as any re-dyeing and refinishing and if I was comfortable with that.

I was a little anxious when I went to pick them up, especially because one of the bags was a very unique turquoise-teal blue. I was beyond thrilled!! Both bags look like new and the blue one is absolutely splendid!

Worth the money and worth the wait! Thank you so much for your fine work and I will definitely be back as well as highly recommending you to others.

Awesome. Recently I brought a designer suede handbag to them for cleaning. The bag was was so dirty they ended up having to re-dye it and I was very nervous, however, it turned out beautifully. I will use them again!

Thank you Don's Leather!!. Recently I had taken my old favorite black leather jacket into Don's Leather Cleaning. I was curious as to what they could do to make it look presentable again. I wasn't expecting much in that my jacket was very old, dried out, and smelled! but it always was my favorite!! To my suprise I was completely blown away. Not only did they bring the color back to the way it was, but even oiled it and brought the leather back to the way it was when when it was new. It oesn't even smell anymore!! Neadless to say, I will be using Don's Leather Cleaning for all my leather needs and all my specialty cleaning as well! Thank you Don's Leather Cleaning!!

Bomber jacket bombed and brought to back to life. I was given a bomber jacket from a friend of mine that had its lining torn beyond usability, a zipper without a pull, and was very dirty. I took this jacket to Don's, more out of curiosity to see if it could be salvaged than anything else. Their response? Absolutely we can fix this jacket! And they did, it was about $160 for all the work they had to do with it, and sure it took a bit longer than they originally quoted me. But when I picked up my jacket, it was amazing. When I got it the jacket had leather patches on it that could be barely read and the stitching was black, when I got it back all of the patches were bright and could be easily read and the stitching was tan, like the color of the rest of the jacket. They had even put a pocket on the inside of the jacket. Since they fixed it up, this has become my favorite jacket to wear and they have earned themselves a customer for life!
