One of the Twin Cities' more eclectic performance spaces is a hotbed for controversial pieces.. In Short
Patrick Scully's been an offbeat impresario for innovative evenings of theater, dance, music and performance art since 1986, having presented his multi-act bills in various venues. In spring 1999, he set up shop in the onetime Firehouse Theater in Minneapolis' Longfellow neighborhood, more spacious digs than customary for this group of undergrounders. The cabaret is known for nurturing local performance artists, inviting them to try out their new material.
