Curls made easy. Laura was fantastic. She was extremely consultative and helpful with her suggestions. She explained the dry curly cut process as she went and the day-to-day techinique. I'm very low maintenance and rolled my eyes at the suggestion of all the scrunching and such. But I figured I'd give it a go. This is about the first time in my 41 years that I've been really excited about a cut. My hair now curls the way I've admired others' curls for years! I had no idea my hair could look like it does. The curls are smooth and defined. Even my ultra unobservant husband complimented me. And this is the next day, when I did it, not the stylist. (The scrunching, et al process Laura assured me wouldn't be that big of a deal really isn't that big of a deal. She kindly offered her time on the phone if I had questions, too.

Great curly cuts!. Four times a year, I travel from Hartford, CT to this salon to see Teresa for a cut and color. She has made my traditionally knotty/frizzy hair look like it should - a headful of luscious curls. She gives her full attention to me when I'm there and my color looks great too! I'd reco her to anyone!

See Carolyn for curly hair. Carolyn at East 42nd Street Salon is the very best at working with curly hair. I saw her for a consult after a bad cut (curly girls get way too many of those), and she gave me a few tips to deal with my hair while the cut was growing out. The tips, just a couple, were great, and helped me like my hair and only want to wear it curly (instead of the fall-back, round-brush blow-out). Then, when my hair had grown a few inches, I went back for a trim, and I'm thrilled. My hair looks fabulous, I love it and I swear it seems like happy hair. Carolyn knows her stuff, and I think she has magic in her hands.

Salon Mecca for Curly Heads. Carolyn is a great stylist/colorist for those of us with curly hair; she is a true artist! This is a wonderful overall neighborhood salon.

Cheri has transferred to uptown. Cheri has transferred to Salon D'Pugh in Uptown Minneapolis, and is working her magic with foils, colors and cuts as gloriously as ever. I wanted her fans to know. Have a nice day!

ha ha! so many fake reviews!. first of all, so many FAKE revies, wow!

the place is nice and clean, good service, skilless stylists, crupped my pretty curly hair, and got me realy mad.

Cheri Webster - Excellent Stylist. My wife and I have both been having our hair cut by Cheri for over two years now. Cheri is a detail oriented, meticulous stylist who always provides an excellent cut. She listens to what we want, and provides us with excellent service. We both highly recommend Cheri to anyone looking for a stylist.
