Who wouldn't feel good working out a health club with such a mission...Eliminate racism, Empowering women and girls...this is a club that's not just out to make a buck but improve the community...it boasts the 1st integrated pool in MN...in like 1945! The facilities are top notch and if you spend any time there you will find this is a place where friends gather after a long day to shoot hoops, take some sort of class (over 70 classes/week free!) or just work out on the equipment. I'll take this club over a snooty surburban club anyday!

I love the place -hours of fun playing b-ball with my 7 year old son . Swimming , sauna ,showers all kept clean . Staff is always pleasant and helpful . I however have minimal contact with them...entry,help getting equiptment door open in gym , parking tokens. We bring our own towels and develope our own regimen.I would probably whine about having to pay 50 cent for parking ... but ... I'm earning the Health partners rebate most months.
Pros: Close to home, Kept clean, Nice people
Cons: Pay 4 parking, Gym sched not posted
