I was disrminated and Verbally Assaulted by Employees here and Management didnt do a thing.
Today (April 20, 2008) I was verbally attacked and discriminated by a self-checkout cashier and the management and security did nothing. I was having troubles checking my items out so I asked the attendent to come over and help me. She said with an attitude that she could see my problems from her screen and walked away without doing anything and I replied "So what you were just lazy and didnt do anything about it?". Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue she called me a "White b****" and a "b*stard" many times before an unapologetic manager took her away and called security. As I was leaving the store even the security guard was yelling I was a "B****" and saying "F*ck you", all the time the management was present. After going back to my car I grabbed my planner and went back and got the names and numbers of the District Manager, General Manager and Front End Manager (who blamed this whole scene on the heat). I'm just putting this up to see if I'm wrong in what I did, and what the hell is going on with management and customer service. Just thought I'd tell the community.
