Helpful over many years. Tom and Rae have been helpful to me over the last 10 years on many occasions. They were particularly helpful when there was a transfer of property and we needed changes to the insurance policies, which was complicated and confusing. I have and will continue to recommend this office to others.

Incompetent, do not give them your business. This office never returns calls or emails, especially if there is a problem. Tom's office hours are 9am-2pm. He is always inaccessible, and often rude. This office overcharged me for three months and have yet to fix it, after many emails and calls. They know NOTHING of customer service. This is not typical of State Farm, just do not go to this agent. I would give them zero stars if it was possible.
