You will regret using the taxi service. I live in Saint Paul and I have called Yellow taxi more than only a few times and ridden in one of their taxis on three separate occasions.

Two times the driver has been more than 20 minutes late. I wasn't expecting an apology, although it was well deserved, but instead the driver in both cases acted like it was my fault they were late. There was plenty of notice given for a pick up time.

The drivers also picked the longest route I have ever been on to get to my destination. What was usually a 10 minute drive took about 20 minutes with the navigation method chosen by the driver.

The last reason not to use Yellow Taxi is that the phone operater I have spoken to on many occasions is rude and has a condescending way about him. He is the reason I have called more times than I have ridden in a taxi.

RUDE! DO NOT USE!. The phone operator was very rude and wasn't helpful to me. I will never call them for any taxi service ever again!

Good Service. Yellow Cab has a good drivers that serve you fast. I didn't believe my cab arrived within less than 10 min. wow
